DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between
AREKA SOFTWARE AND ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INC. (Areka Carbon Hub) (“Seller”)
and the real or legal person (“Buyer”) who purchases services electronically through the
AREKA SOFTWARE AND ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INC. (Areka Carbon Hub) website,
under the terms and conditions set out below.

AREKA SOFTWARE AND ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INC. (Areka Carbon Hub) website
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, provision,
and performance of the digital products and/or services ordered by the Buyer electronically
through the Seller’s website.
3. Product / Service Information
Information regarding the type, scope, duration, sales price, payment method, and performance/delivery
method of the product or service is as presented to the Buyer in the order summary and payment screen.
4. Price and Payment
The price of the product and/or service is the total amount communicated to the Buyer during the order process.
Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods offered by
AREKA SOFTWARE AND ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INC. (Areka Carbon Hub).
5. Performance and Delivery
Digital products and services (carbon footprint calculations, reports, subscriptions, certificates, etc.)
are made available electronically to the Buyer or assigned to the Buyer’s account following payment approval.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In cases where the Buyer is legally entitled to a right of withdrawal, the Buyer may exercise this right
within the statutory period without providing any reason.
7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Digital content provided instantly to the Buyer
- Services whose performance has started before the end of the withdrawal period
- Reports and calculations prepared specifically for the Buyer
8. Returns and Refunds
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in compliance with the legislation, the collected amount is refunded
to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller.
9. Protection of Personal Data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed and protected within the scope of
AREKA SOFTWARE AND ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INC. (Areka Carbon Hub)’s
KVKK (Personal Data Protection) Notice / Information Text.
10. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized
within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
11. Entry into Force
By placing an order through the
AREKA SOFTWARE AND ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INC. (Areka Carbon Hub) website,
the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
